By accessing or using the CareDose Organization Portal ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

The Service is intended for use by healthcare organizations, clinics, nursing homes, and other professional care facilities. Individual consumer use is governed by separate terms available on the CareDose mobile application.

2. Description of Service

CareDose provides a medication management platform that enables healthcare organizations to:

• Manage patient medication schedules and reminders
• Track medication adherence and compliance
• Coordinate care between staff members
• Generate reports and analytics
• Maintain audit logs for regulatory compliance

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register an organization account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your organization's account
• Ensuring that all users within your organization comply with these terms
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breaches

4. User Responsibilities

As an organization using CareDose, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable healthcare regulations
• Obtain proper consent from patients before adding their information to the system
• Ensure that all staff members receive appropriate training on the use of the Service
• Not share account access with unauthorized individuals
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
• Not use the Service to transmit harmful code or interfere with system operations

5. Data and Privacy

CareDose takes data privacy seriously. Our handling of personal and health information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We process this data solely to provide the Service and will not sell or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscription and Payment

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Provide accurate billing information
• Accept automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

CareDose is a medication management tool and does not provide medical advice. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Healthcare providers remain responsible for all clinical decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareDose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked
• You may request export of your data within 30 days
• We will delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
